To be honest I recently ordered a doner box. The meat smelled and tasted weird. Unfortunately I have to say: I suspect PORK.

Useless food and useless attitude of the owner

The staff is not wearing the masks properly. Guests without masks are served at the counter and are not asked to wear the mask correctly. I feel uncomfortable here. The food is pretty good though.

Today in transit in Frankfurt, therefore in the Bayram Kebab House: Lunch: Chicken with vegetables and rice. Was tasty even though the rice was a bit dry. At the end there was a delicious tea.

The desserts were good. The kebab tastes more like bratwurst. I suspect this is a quality feature of Helal. The opening times were great. It was bad that no customers and the staff didn't wear masks either. At least there was a disinfectant dispenser at the entrance. Otherwise no hygiene measures either.

I ate the most disgusting doner that I could eat and eat here in my life ... the doner, the sauces that I do not want, the salads were thrown without asking me, the customer did not take it seriously.

Been today here, very bad and rude customer service. Tried to order from one guy and he said he has no English and go get someone else who says he can speak English, German and Arabic but when I gave him the order for 2 mixed kebab WRAPS we were served 2 mixed burgers and when we told the waiter he told us that the wrap are very bad and that’s why he didn’t give it to us, but obviously he messed up the order

It is not a very high quality place. A place like a mill. There is almost no interest in the customer ...

Owner has changed I think / new kitchen new employees. I used to eat very well, today unfortunately I had a bad experience. The meat is very bad at the moment and it didn't smell good either. Rice and salad not eaten, it didn't look fresh at all. Unfortunately, I have to make a negative review.

Despite the larg choices and the nice schedule, i wouldn t recomend this place, the kebab was of a very cheap quality for higher prices than normal döner! The meat was dry and had a really weird taste like oldd meat.

I recommend the dishes and grills, especially the full service prices are very reasonable, and I would definitely recommend the meat for one hundred percent halal ???

Soups not good at all. Everything else is delicious authentic Turkish food. One of the cashiers tried to cheat me and my friends several times.

After trying almost every restaurant in Frankfurt's City centre, this one is the prize winner. The location is great,the food is very great , the service is very ok , the only negative thought I have about it is the bathrooms , could be better therefore 4 stars ..
